NURSE'S OFFICE

A health concerns list is compiled each school year and given to the staff members for review and to keep as a reference. Please inform the school nurse (or place on your child's emergency card) any health concerns you feel the school should be aware of. This information is confidential and shared on a need-to-know basis only.

Ellis is fortunate to have an A.E.D. (automatic external defibrillator) machine in our building. It is located across from our main office.

Nurse's Notes
All student athletes are required to have a yearly sports physical on-file with the Nurse's Office before taking part in Ellis extra-curricular activites.
